In the context of the continuous improvement of environmental hygiene requirements in society and the increasingly high cost of labor, the traditional cleaning method is becoming more and more difficult to meet modern needs. With an intelligent and automated nature, outdoor and indoor cleaning robots have achieved effective and convenient cleaning operation, providing a new solution for improving environmental quality and saving manpower. In this paper, we present an overview of cleaning robots indoor and outdoor solutions to enable them to perform efficient cleaning with the assistance of intelligent planning in terms of intelligent planning path, efficient working performance, applicability of paths into multiple scenarios, and configuration system to reduce the impact on environment.
I. Strategy of cleaning with improved coverage and worker efficiency
It is an intelligent path planning, which is an important link to improve the cleaning efficiency of indoor and outdoor cleaning robots. Cleaning robots comprised of advanced sensors and algorithms can independently create maps of their environment, build cleaning paths, improve cleaning coverage, and optimize operational efficiency.
